Our personal training method is based on the scientific rationale of human movement science.
When working with our team, you'll be introduce to an "Integrated training". A concept that incorporates all forms of training in
an integrated fashion as part of a progressive system. These forms of training Include: flexibility training, cardiorespiratory
training, core training, balance training, reactive training, speed, agility, and quickness training, and resistance training.

  • One-on-One personal training is a personalized, individual total program developed just for you. Based on your current health
    and fitness status, we develop your personal fitness program just for you and your goals.

  • Your personal trainer will motivate you to work to your best ability at each workout, and encourage you to reach your fitness,
    weight loss and wellness goals, helping you along the entire way. All personal training begins with a postural and joint alignment,
    strength, core stability and flexibility assessments, health history, exercises history and your personal goals

Postural and Joint Alignment Assessment
Proper postural alignment allows optimum
neuromuscular efficiency. Proper posture
ensures that the muscles of the body are
optimally aligned at the proper length-tension
relationships necessary for efficient functioning of
force-couples.

This allows for proper joint mechanics and
effective absorption and distribution of forces
throughout the kinetic chain, alleviating excess
stress on joints.

Flexibility & Range of Motion Training

Flexibility is: the range of motion through a
joint. All joints have an “adequate” range of
motion that allow for freedom of movement
and yet are tight enough to ensure joint
stability.

We identify joints that have inadequate
range and develop a flexibility program for
those joints.
Cardiovascular & Endurance
Cardiovascular fitness is: the ability of the
heart, lungs and circulatory system to take in
oxygen and transport it to the working muscles
where it can efficiently exchanged and utilized
.
We include a VO2 test to obtain an accurate
anaerobic threshold heart rate for you to use in
training.

Strength, Hypertrophy & Power Training
Strength endurance training: the goal is to enhance stabilization
endurance while increasing prime mover strength.

Hypertrophy training :is designed for individuals who have goal
of maximal muscular growth. Maximal strength training works
toward the goal of maximal prime mover strength by lifting heavy
weights.

Power level training: should only be entered after Successfully
completion of the two previous training blocks. This block of
training emphasizes the development of speed and power.
  • We not only create a program that your trainer works with you on, we also create a program that you can do
    on your own, on your off day.
  • You will see your personal trainer 1,2,3 or 4 times per week at time arranged between you and your
    personal trainer.
  • All clients are encouraged to take a resting metabolic test, which is complimentary with each package of 6
    sessions or more.
  • Your personal trainer will teach you about how your muscles work, about sustaining good posture, and
    creating core stability.
  • You will learn how to exercise to maximize your results even when you're not with your trainer.
  • For maximum weight loss, nutrition program, meal planning also available.
