  Mateen Uddeen: Owner/Master Trainer:  Through years of experience, I have learned that the most successful way to achieve fitness goals is 1st--believing in yourself and 2nd-- periodization and psyche training. My clients start by trusting me, then believing that they can achieve their goals by allowing me to use a system to maintain their diets, time manage their workouts and guide them towards minimizing or eliminating excess anxiety and depression.

 

Laura Lambert: Owner/Master Trainer: I specialize in training women through the aging process and injury prevention and rehabilitation. I utilize corrective exercises, core training and daily and consistent motion in all of my programs. With your desire to work hard towards a healthier lifestyle, I guarantee improvements!

 

Derrick Lee: Level 2 Trainer: My training philosophy is “education and knowledge lead to power”.  When we learn how our bodies work best, we can challenge ourselves to become stronger and more powerful entities that will thrive through all of life’s ups and downs.

 

James Robinson: Level 2 Trainer: “Never give up – anything is possible”. From the time I was little, I always knew that we could accomplish whatever we put our minds to. If you want to attain a master’s degree, you can do it. If you want to become a musician, you can do it. If you want to live healthy & take your body where you never thought it could, you can do it – and I will help.

 

 

Siriji Lamenzo: Level 1 Trainer:  I believe that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand and that everyone can benefit from a healthier lifestyle. The two things we all have complete control over—what we eat, and how active we choose to be. Change one, the other will invariable change as well. My goal is guide you along your changes to live a longer, healthier, happier more satisfying life!

 

 

Tara Curtis: Level 1 Trainer: To reach your goals it takes will, commitment and drive to succeed. I believe that each individual has specific abilities, skills and limitations. Whatever you fitness level is, for whatever reason—today is a great day to start!

 

Sly Luckett: Level 1 Trainer:  My personal philosophy is that “being fit is a way of life” and for most people this involves lifestyle changes. I work with individuals from ages 14 to 90. Whether you are extremely active or if you are sedentary, I can help improve your physical well being.
